Tomorrow is the big day. Tomorrow I kick off my fitness journey with a 30 day challenge and you need to follow along! I need you guys to keep me accountable. I am amazing at talking myself out of doing things. “I have so much to do” “the baby won’t sleep long enough” “I’m exhausted” “I’ll double my workout tomorrow”. So you guys are going to be like my gym buddies who will drag my butt out of bed and to my workout every day.
So what is this challenge you ask? I’ve done a squat one before and it worked. My legs and butt were awesome! But I was looking for something a little different this time. I was looking for a whole body workout, but it had to meet certain criteria:
1. It had to be quick (because that’s not just an excuse, the baby really doesn’t sleep very long periods)
2. It had to have a whole boy element.
3. It had to be interesting
4. Could not be the same thing everyday
5. I had to be able to do it anywhere.
So I turned to trusty Google and found exactly what I was looking for at www.fitnessmagazine.com
